A Fancy Vegan Dessert Recipe from the Sea Shepherd Galley

To promote Sea Shepherd’s Vegan for the Ocean Recipe Contest, three of our galley chefs are sharing their favorite recipes. In this first video, Chef Laure shares her recipe for a fancy vegan dessert, pecan nut sponge cake with a clementine marmalade and tonka bean mousse!
